Accessibility Statement
We are committed to digital accessibility for people with disabilities and aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We continuously test our site, remediate issues, and train our team.
If you need an alternative format, an accommodation, or encounter a barrier, contact us. We will work with you to provide the information, item, or transaction through an accessible method.
Third-party content. Some embeds or integrations (e.g., maps, videos, plug-ins) are provided by third parties and may not fully meet WCAG. We encourage our providers to support accessibility and we’ll offer workarounds where feasible.
Privacy Policy
Scope
This policy applies to visitors and users in the United States. If we later offer services to people outside the U.S., we will provide additional region-specific notices.
Notice at Collection
Categories of personal information we collect (depending on your interactions):
Identifiers: name, email, phone, IP address, cookie IDs, device identifiers.
Internet/network activity: pages viewed, links clicked, time on site, referral/UTM data, browser and OS.
Approximate geolocation: derived from IP address.
Professional or contact details: if you submit them via forms or communications.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information. If we ever request it, we will explain why and how to limit its use.

Retention: We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above and per legal/operational requirements. In general: analytics data 12–24 months; support records up to 3 years; billing or account records as required by law. Where exact periods differ, we apply documented criteria (e.g., account activity, legal holds, and security needs).
Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. These identifiers may be considered personal information under certain state laws.
“Sale,” “Sharing,” & Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. When we use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies, that may constitute “sharing” under California law or targeted advertising under other state laws.
You can:
Use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link (if available), and
Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) or another recognized opt-out preference signal in your browser; we treat those signals as an opt-out where required.
Do Not Track (DNT)
We do not respond to legacy DNT signals. We do honor GPC/universal opt-out signals as described above.
How We Disclose Information
We disclose personal information to service providers that help us operate (e.g., hosting, security, analytics, email, customer support) under contracts that limit their use to our instructions. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or users. We do not disclose to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information; to opt out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising; to limit use of sensitive personal information; and to be free from non-discrimination for exercising your rights. If we deny a request, you may appeal our decision.
How to exercise your rights: submit a request by contacting us. We will verify your identity and respond within applicable timelines. Authorized agents may submit requests as allowed by law.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it. If we ever engage in sale/sharing/targeted advertising involving users aged 13–16, we will first obtain the required opt-in consent.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

California: See “Notice at Collection,” “Sale/Sharing & Targeted Advertising,” and “Your Privacy Rights.” Footer links include Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information, Cookie Preferences, and Privacy Request (where implemented).
Nevada: We do not sell covered information. Nevada residents may submit a sale opt-out request by contacting us.

Our site may link to external websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy or accessibility practices. Visiting those sites is at your own risk.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this statement to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a prominent notice on our site (and, if you have an account, by additional means where feasible). The “Effective Date” at the top shows when this statement last changed. Continued use of the site after an update signifies acceptance.
